WTV21 is a government access channel owned by the City of Winder, GA. Our facilities are located in the beautiful Cultural Arts Center at 105 East Athens Street in downtown Winder. These facilities include two edit suites, an administrative office, a server room, a 2500 sq. ft. production studio, a media library, and an area reserved for a future studio control room.

WTV21 produces several original programs including "Talk of the Town" hosted by Karen Allen, and "CopTalk" hosted by Captain Dennis Dorsey and Major Todd Druse.  Special community events covered by WTV21 include the National Day of Prayer, Armed Forces Day, Comcast Cares Day, Sunday Afternoon at the Colleen Music Series, Celebration of the Arts, Winder's Lazy Daze Festival, and the Winder Christmas Parade.

WTV21 also airs programs received via satellite from third-party sources such as NASA TV, The Pentagon Channel and Classic Arts Showcase.

WTV21 currently reaches over 60,000-70,000 Comcast Cable viewers and extends to all of Barrow County as well as parts of Gwinnett, Jackson and Hall counties. WTV21 can be viewed anywhere in the world  via our live video stream at windertv.org.
